Print one test page before making the full set.
Print one test page before making the full set. Select A4 or US Letter to match the paper in your printer. Use the browser print dialog to save a custom kit as PDF.
For the ready-made files, open the PDF and print its guest pages, then print the host pages separately. Choose 100% or actual size. Turn off browser headers and footers.
If a printer clips the edges, check paper size first; use fit-to-page only if a border still falls outside the printable area. The monochrome palette reduces colour ink. Preview the longest words before printing and shorten any that are hard to read.
For large groups, count guest sheets before the event and keep spare pencils. A digital PDF is easier to reprint than an open browser tab.
