Choose one shared game and one optional quiet activity. Prepare the room before adding more games: seats, pencils and a visible place for the host matter more than a long schedule. Give people the rules before handing out a timed puzzle.
Keep answer keys in a separate envelope. For bingo, explain the winning pattern and decide how ties will be handled. For a scavenger hunt, walk the route and remove clues that require climbing or entering private areas.
Mixed-age groups can play in pairs. Reserve about five minutes between games to collect sheets and introduce the next round. The matching packs already contain bingo, word scramble and word search; there is no need to use all three if guests prefer to talk.
